WHEN DO PACKAGES GO ON SALE?

Both our 8 Game Package and 5-Game Pacakge are on sale now.

Casual bookings will go on sale in late January 2024, with priority given to full season and multi-game packages. 

CAN I PURCHASE ONLINE?

Yes, causal hospitality is available to purchase directly online from mid January 2024. Full season and multi-game packages are customised to your individual needs so please reach out to hospitality@dolphinsnrl.com.au for all full season enquiries. 

IS FOOD AND BEVERAGE INCLUDED?

The Centreline Club, 4020 Club, Due West, Heritage Club, The Pavilion and The Deck are all fully inclusive of food and beverage. The Waves and Below the Deck offer catering with drinks available on a bar tab or on consumption. If you have hold a premium suite or open-air box you have the option to customise your F&B package or pre-purchase an all-inclusive option. 

WHAT IS  THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN PURCHASE?

Tickets in function rooms can be purchased in any quantity, pending avaialibity.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN? 

Under 18s are welcome in hospitality spaces, with the appropriate adult supervision. We ask that Under 18s are mindful of other guests and the atmosphere while visiting, and avoid causing undue disruption.  All children over the age of 4 years require a hospitality ticket and must be under adult supervision at all times. Children 4 years and under are able to be carried into your facility for free. however, they will not have a seat and will be required to sit on your lap to watch the game. Please advise your dedicated Account Manager one week prior to the match if your child requires catering. There are no pre-organised children's meals unless previously advised.

 CAN I PURCHASE HOSPITALITY TICKETS AS A GIFT?  

Yes, tickets to any round can be purchased and transferred as a gift (subject to availability).

WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?

Hospitality tickets are electronic and will be emailed to the address on your booking 3 days prior to the match. 

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO OTHER GUESTS?

Yes, tickets may be transferred to other guests. It is your responsibility to provide them with game day information including dress regulations as well as the tickets prior to the match.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR MY FACILITY?

The dress code for all hospitality areas is Neat Casual. These guidelines are intended to create an environment everyone can enjoy. 

The following items of clothing are not permitted:

  • Thongs
  • Gym Wear
  • Beachwear (including boardshorts)
  • Clothing featuring offensive images or slogans
  • Revealing, unclean or torn clothing

Patrons are welcome to to wear jerseys with their smart casual attire. 

 WHICH GATE DO I USE TO ENTER THE STADIUM?  

Wayfinding information will be sent to you the week of a home game. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact the Hospitality Sales team.
