WHEN DO PACKAGES GO ON SALE?

Packages are set to go on sale once the NRL 2025 Season Draw is released, and casual bookings will go on sale from mid-late January 2025. Whilst we await the 2025 NRL Season Draw, let us know which facility/facilities you are interested in, and we will notify you once we go on sale.

CAN I PURCHASE ONLINE?

At this stage you cannot purchase online. Once we go on sale with our casual hospitality bookings in mid-late January, you will be able to purchase directly online. Full season and multi-game packages are customised to your individual needs so please contact us for 5 and 9 Game Packages.

IS FOOD AND BEVERAGE INCLUDED?

If you hold a Premium Suite or Open-Air Box, you are provided with the option to customise your F&B package or pre-purchase an all-inclusive option. Please note the price of suites and boxes does not include the cost of F&B.

Suncorp Stadium Function Room Inclusions:

The Centreline Club, 4020 Club, '47 Lounge, Milton Social  and the Eastern Terrace are inclusive of food and beverage. The Waves, Skyline Lounge, and the Inner Sanctum are inclusive of food, with a dedicated private cash bar.

Kayo Stadium Inclusions:

All facilities at Kayo Stadium are inclusive of food and beverage, excluding Below The Deck; this space is inclusive of food, with a dedicated private cash bar.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN PURCHASE?

Function room tickets can be purchased in any quantity, pending availability. Our Premium Suites are available in 10, 14, 16, or 20 seaters, and Open-Air Boxes are available in 8 and 10 seaters.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN? 

Under 18s are welcome in hospitality spaces, with the appropriate adult supervision. We ask that Under 18s are mindful of other guests and the atmosphere while visiting and avoid causing undue disruption.  

Children over the age of 4 years require a hospitality ticket and must always be under adult supervision. Children 4 years and under can be carried into your facility for free, however, they will not have a seat and will be required to sit on your lap to watch the game.

Please advise your dedicated Account Manager one week prior to the match if your child requires catering. There are no pre-organised children's meals unless previously advised.

 CAN I PURCHASE HOSPITALITY TICKETS AS A GIFT?  

Yes, tickets to any round can be purchased and transferred as a gift (subject to availability).

WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?

Hospitality tickets are digital and will be emailed to your address attached to your booking 3 days prior to the match. If you have not received your ticket 3 days out, please check your spam/junk box.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO OTHER GUESTS?

Most definitely, tickets can be transferred to other guests. It is your responsibility to provide your guests with the game day information including the dress code and timings, as well as the ticket prior to stadium arrival.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR MY FACILITY?

The dress code for all hospitality areas is Neat Casual. These guidelines are intended to create an environment everyone can enjoy. 

The following items of clothing are not permitted:

  • Thongs
  • Gym Wear
  • Beachwear (including boardshorts)
  • Clothing featuring offensive images or slogans
  • Revealing, unclean or torn clothing

Patrons are welcome to wear jerseys with their smart casual attire. 

WHICH GATE DO I USE TO ENTER THE STADIUM?  

Wayfinding information will be sent to you 3 days prior to the game with your ticket.
